Payroll Information
Payroll is due in accounting on the following dates:

Please note this reflects when payroll is turned into Accounts Payable & Payroll for the dates particular events are worked. Please refer to your training manual on the process and how long it can take. Please always check your paycheck and pay sheets for accuracy. I do make mistakes. I have no problem owning up to that and correcting them.

Paychecks – Verify Information
When you receive your paychecks in December & January, please check to ensure we have your correct information i.e. name spelling, address, social security number, etc. This is the address where your W-2 forms will be sent if you qualify for one in January.
Special Events Training
I’ve added a training date on Saturday, January 19, 2008 9:45A – 12N. If you haven’t completed training this year, you’ll need to schedule to do it then. If you know anyone who would be an asset to our team and Special Events would be a blessing to them then, have them contact me prior to attending training. They shouldn’t just show up for training without some contact with me.
Emails – Need subject
Please remember to always include a subject in the subject field. Perimeter’s filters will either not deliver the email or delay it’s delivery for fear of spam and/or potential problems.
Women’s Retreat
It’s time to get ready for the Women’s Retreat! It’s 2 months away! It is February 29 - March 2, 2008! I would love to get a 4 bedroom villa this year. That means there would be 16 of us together! We’ve always had a great time! Registration deadline is January 22nd. So let me know if you are interested in going! We’ll work out the details from there! Start scheduling childcare, if necessary! Cost for the retreat i.e. room and 1 dinner and dessert is $185. We can probably talk Debra into shopping for us as she has in the past and fix meals in our villa since we have a kitchen. This rate is based on 2 women to a bed. If you want your own bed, the rate increases to $265. The theme this year is “Normal or Not?” Registration runs January 2-22, 2008. We can register online by credit card. The spa will be open! If we want to stay together, we have to turn all of our registrations in together. You can’t be wishy washy here whether or not you’re going to go. The retreat filled up last year prior to the deadline. We don’t want to miss out on being able to go.

Daytime Events
Daytime events resume the week of Tuesday, 1/8/08 – Thursday, 1/10/08. I am assuming that all who was originally scheduled to work on those days will return unless you have spoken with me otherwise. If this is not the case, please contact me as soon as possible.
